Temperature Sensor- 1W

The temperature sensor provides real-time temperature monitoring for refrigerated vehicle compartments, and can also be used for ongoing data collection. Alerts are sent directly to users’ mobile devices via 2G, 3G, 4G and future 5G cellular networks.

The temperature sensor comes with a digital thermometer, which provides 9-bit to 12-bit Celsius temperature measurements within a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The thermometer communicates over a 1-Wire bus that by definition requires only one data line (and ground) for communication with a central micro-processor.

In addition, the thermometer can derive power directly from the data line (“Parasite Power”), thus eliminating the need for external power supply. The temperature sensor can connect to any on-board network with a voltage range of 10V to 36V.
